Well done for diving in! I must admit I have become somewhat of a lurker over the past few months... not intentionally, think it was just a lack of time!

Hi Barb. Like you I sometimes find that I've nothing new to add to a post because the previous commenters have pretty much said it all. In that case I say nothing and I think that's fine. I think the conversation has to be natural and not forced. If you are really interested and have something of value to say, then the situation will just feel right. If it doesn't, then just move on to the next conversation. There's no shortage :-)

Hey Barb, this challenge looks really good. I had a look at the wiki as it's something I would like to improve on also - might just dive in and do it so thank you for the inspiration! Amanda aka heymilly

Hi Barbs,
Learning lots of new web2.0 tools do cause a steep learning curve. I have also found that out this year, with Smartboard, blogs and wikis. But the kids (and the teacher) are thoroughly enjoying the challenges. I hope some of the students will take part in this comment challenge.

Welcome to the Comment Challenge Barbs :) . I think the comment tracking tools make it a lot easier to cope with comments than as you say receiving lots of emails. It's challenging for any one to add to the conversation if a blog post has a high number of comments.
